Higher education institutions’ IT Days 2024 drew a large number of attenders to Seinäjoki on 13–14 November 2024. HigherEd Hub Finland Oy also participated in the seminar for the first time as a recently launched enterprise.

This time, the theme of the IT Days was ”Ubiquitous IT”: various IT solutions and the digital transformation in general influence our daily life, also in higher education institutions.

“Attending the IT Days and meeting colleagues from different organisations was productive. The digital transformation and many types of themes around it give us a lot to talk about. During the IT Days, we heard contributions on customer service and technology, AI, research and RDI alike. HEHF took part in the event, and we also had a shared stand with our partner, Digivisio 2030 project. Our thanks go to the organisers of the IT Days, the University of Vaasa and the Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences,” enthuses Pia Westerling, CEO of HigherEd Hub Finland Oy.
